Even though I am a “style blogger”, I have a really difficult time looking presentable in my day-to-day life…

Especially on the weekends! Prior to this blog, I would typically have worn sweatpants and a ratty jacket out and about on the weekends, at least during the colder months. I’m either super dressed up or super dressed down – there is no in between. Since this blog though, I’ve been better at finding that in between, and finding key pieces that are comfortable but still make me look somewhat presentable/put-together. For example, the super comfortable and soft hoodie I’m wearing in these photos. The hoodie is actually meant for inside the house, but I like to wear it outside the house as well. I went to the Farmer’s Market in this hoodie and added a white tee, denim shorts, and taupe booties to kick up the outfit just a bit. I felt so comfortable and stylin’ all day long in the outfit! I’ve also dressed up the hoodie by pairing it with a black slip dress, choker necklace, and leopard print clutch for night-time! This hoodie is super versatile and such a great piece for the springtime! It was a bit pricier than I’d typically spend on a hoodie, but so far I have no regrets!

How is your March going so far? What key pieces have you picked up lately? Let me know! I’m always on the lookout for affordable, versatile and chic/cute key pieces. I don’t have a lot of space in my tiny apartment, so I need to be really selective with the clothing pieces I add to my closet.

Thanks for visiting today, and I hope you have an incredible week! PS: The exact hoodie is linked in the widget below – super exciting for me!! 🙂
