And just like that… it’s pretty much winter time.

Cold weather wear is always such a challenge. Even living in Northern California, it is a struggle to wake up every morning and dress somewhat cute. Before this blog, especially during the colder months, I would wake up as late as I could, and wear pretty much anything that was warm and cozy. Most of the time, I ended up looking like a slob (albeit a warm slob). And most of the time, my productivity level as well as my desire to interact with others was diminished. Enter: this blog. Since creating this blog almost two years ago, I’ve noticed a remarkable difference in myself, and I can definitely 100% attribute it to my conscious decision to pay more attention to my outward appearance… my decision to invest in versatile pieces that pairs well with other pieces, and makes you feel and look more put-together.

These black pants (similar here) are a newer piece for me but I already love them so much. The secret weapon for looking put together: seriously, black ponte pants! I’m excited to add more to my closet. Another secret weapon item for looking put together: simple, neutral pieces with slight details, such as this lovely c/o Zaful top. You can pretty much wear this top with ANYTHING in your closet and I promise you, you’ll look like you tried/look put-together.

Fashion and blogging aside, it’s been a HECTIC past few weeks, and with the holidays approaching, it will be even more crazy – for EVERYONE! With that in mind, my posting schedule will change from two posts a week to one. Enough for me to still make an effort in my everyday life and put together a somewhat stylish look 😉

Thanks for all your sweet comments and for those who noticed my absence here – you guys are just so sweet and I LOVE LOVE interacting with you on here!! Please continue to reach out for anything! I’m here for you guys! 🙂

Hope you guys are ready for the holiday festivities coming up and don’t forget to breathe, recharge, relax and take care of yourselves! Until next time…. Have a FABULOUS week!

Thank you for Zaful for partnering with me on this post. All opinions are most certainly my own. 🙂
